Winch Cover for Electric Winches
Protect your winch from direct rain and snow while allowing ventilation and access to cables, remote controls, etc. Constructed of aluminum. Quick connect fasteners require no tools for installation or removal. Compatible with all Model 4200 electric winch options.

Legs and bracing are made from galvanized steel to withstand wind and elements. Easy to follow instructions. Legs are anchored by turning the base pipe into the ground. Auger included. Adjustable height to 10 feet tall. 120 inch wide to accommodate 9 ft beam plus guide poles on carriage. Strong 18 ounce vinyl coated polyester cover comes in blue or tan. It is recommended that the cover be removed during winter to prevent damage from snow loads. Ships separately by truck. We try to keep in stock but a 3 to 4 week lead time may be possible.
Solar Charger for DC Winch (battery not included), Model #solar
20 watt solar charger system for DC Winch. Includes a 20 W panel for 12 V battery. Includes quick connect wiring system, cable ties, instructions, a charging regulator (12 volt, 3 watt for lead/acid battery), mounting arm, battery charge level indicator and all hardware. Battery not included. Size group 27 deep cycle battery recommended. Solar charging kit may ship separately.

Angle Connector Kit for Boats Rail System, Model #angle42
Replace a straight connector with this kit. Creates a 7.5 degree angle whe need to follow terrain . NOTE: YOUR RAMP SHOULD HAVE A POSITIVE ANGLE TOWARD THE WATER ALONG IT'S ENTIRE LENGTH. The system relies on gravity to move the boat into the water and to create the proper tension on the cable when rewinding.
1-1/2 ft Leg Kit for Boats Rail System, Model #leg42-1.5
Leg kits are used when its necessary to span over rough terrain and blocking is not practical. Each kit comes with 2 - 1-1/2 ft long legs of 1-1/2 inch aluminum schedule 80 pipe along with the bracing and hardware necessary. Requires the use of a drill and 1/2" drill bit to custom locate and plumb the legs. Rails should be supported about every 9 feet for boats under 2000 lbs and about every 4-1/2 feet for boats over 2000 lbs. Comes with 12 inch square foot plate for the base of the leg.

Cable Upgrade Manual Winch 90 ft, Model #cableup42-90
Use this cable if you choose the manual winch and your total track length is longer than 60 feet or you are doubling the cable with a total track length longer than 36 feet. Avoid loading extra cable that you don't need. With more cable on the drum, more cranking force is required.
Cable Doubler for Manual Winch, Model #doubler
This kit includes a pulley and block and other hardware to "double" your cable. This will decrease the usable distance of a given winch cable and speed by half but gives you twice the power. For use with manual winch. Electric winches come with a doubler pulley at no extra cost.
