Sealite Pipe Floats are rotationally moulded from UV-stabilized polyethylene, and can be secured around pipes, hoses and cables for use in marine environments such as dredging.

  • Strong, roationally moulded polyethylene construction.
  • Manufactured in high visibility colors.
  • An internal anti-slip mechanism, combined with tapered internal ends, ensures a snug fit while simultaneously allowing the cable, pipe or hose to flex with the secured items' demands.
  • Sealite now offers four pipe floats, in 8, 10, 12 and 24-inch sizes, rotationally molded.
  • Easy to install.
  • Resistant to sea conditions.
  • The UV stabilized virgin polyethylene used in the construction of Sealite's pipe floats, provides long lasting color retention in high UV areas and excellent resistance to algae growth for easier retraction and removal when dredge operations are complete.
  • All of Sealite's pipe floats are manufactured as two halves to optimize storage and transportation space. In large dredge operations, where the possibility of damage or puncture is high, the pipe floats may be ordered with closed-cell polyurethane foam as an option to prevent water ingress.
  • Optional solar marine light for night visibility.
  • Sealite USA President Tara Stewart commented on Sealite's expanded pipe float line. "Rotationally molded products using the highest quality materials have been at the center of Sealite's manufacturing processes since the company's beginning. We control every step of the manufacturing in-house, so we can deliver a better product at a more competitive price, bringing added-value products to all our workboat, dredge and inland waterway customers."
  • The expanded pipe float line is an ideal complement to Sealite’s buoy and barrier float products, which provide ideal hazard and perimeter marking solutions for any dredge or marine construction application or exclusion zone. Similar to the pipe floats, the 30 and 36-inch barrier floats and buoys utilize the same high quality UV stabilized polyethylene material, making Sealite’s rotationally molded products a powerhouse of strength and durability.
  • Both the pipe float and barrier float products are in-stock and ready for immediate delivery.

  • Closed-cell polyurethane foam filling
  • Optional lantern kit
